Internet Online Casino Gambling Ban Failed
US Representative of Colorado makes keen and logical assertions for an end to the UIGEA Internet and online casino gambling ban.
The US Representative of Colorado writes in this week’s Roll Call that the unsuccessful online casino prohibition is a failed policy, and should be superseded with statute of Internet online casino gambling. He notes that the freedom inferred in the nature of the Internet allows people to sponsor online gambling sites, and that statute would best serve the US and its citizens.
The US Representative is a leading Congressional advocate for Internet and online casino gambling freedoms, and talks of the possibilities for customers and the economy via online developments. He says that such troublesome, profaned legislation as the UIGEA only prospered in “forcing many responsible, publicly traded online gambling promoters to stop receiving bets gamble from customers in the U.S.,” while, allowing many shadier outfits to fill the void.”There is no serious enforcement method against offshore promoters” write the Representative, the online casino ban as leaving US consumers unprotected, while allowing the flow of billions of dollars to leave the country untaxed. He points out the many protests to the UIGEA by the straining financial sector, and the disputes with the WTO and US trading associates since the unsuccessful gaming ban.The Representative says, Barney Frank is to be praised for “introducing a common-sense structure that would allow adult Americans to gamble online in the confidentiality of their own homes in a ruled ambience that offers numerous consumer protections.”
